About
Our fully renovated seasonal estate offers picturesque lake views, a beautiful two-story rustic barn and a separate guest cabin/bridal suite featuring cathedral ceilings with a beautiful chandeliers all situated on just under 7 acres of lush green landscape and surrounded by forest of towering trees.
The barn itself can host up to 90 guests; larger events can be accommodated with outdoor awning up to 120 guests.
Our season runs from May to mid-October but we offer tours and consultations year round.
Our 150 year old rustic barn was relocated to its current surroundings in 2020. The refurbished 1,500 square foot multi-level barn offers beautiful views of the property.
The guest cabin bridal suite has been completely refurbished; bosting towering cathedral ceilings with beautiful rustic chandeliers, loft and everything a bride and groom could ask for onsite to make their day magical.

Weddings, meetings, receptions can be held overlooking Mariaville Lake with beautiful tranquil lake views.
The venue also comes with unisex bathroom facilities and an extra Sani-can. We've created a private secluded setting available for weddings, events and all of life's celebrations.

What kind of events can be held on the property?

Weddings, vow renewals, special occasions such as birthdays, reunions, baby showers, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, team events and many other functions.

Do you book more than one event per weekend?​

​​No. We currently only book one event per weekend. Please contact us if you have questions about what is available/permitted.

Is cooking permitted on site?

No, all food must be provided by licensed caterers.

Do you provide tables and chairs?

We offer tables and chairs to accommodate 110 guests. We also have eight (8) picnic tables available for use. If you need more, you will need to provide them. We may be able to provide you with rental company names and contact information for area businesses, if needed, feel free to ask staff during your consultation.

Do you charge more for hosting a wedding ceremony on the property?

No, you are welcome to setup a site on the property. We have a wedding arch that is available for use for no additional charge.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

BUILDING ALTERATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
No physical alterations of the structures or grounds are permitted. This includes but is not limited to, nails, tacks, tape, glue, or other materials that may damage or leave residue. Tent poles are allowed, but their location must be approved by staff.
The barn has white lights that can be used for no additional charge.

Alcohol Policy:
Alcohol is permitted on site only if (a) the Rental Party applies for and qualifies for a NYSLA temporary beer, wine and cider permit for the event or (b) the Rental Party's caterer applies for and qualifies for a NYSLA caterer's permit. The permit must be mailed or emailed to us at least fifteen (15) days before the event.
Note that the serving and consumption of liquor is ONLY permissible if served by a qualified, licensed caterer.
